Case Study:
"A client ran a successful business from a small unit that he rented on an industrial estate. He needed to increase production but was limited by space. He also wanted to buy his own premises as a long-term investment. His problem was that, because of the seasonal nature of the business, he lacked the necessary deposit when the new unit became available. We helped him by finding a Lender willing to offer him a leaseback facility on a van that he had bought a few months previously. We also found him a mortgage. Using the proceeds from the van as his deposit, we were able to set him up with a commercial mortgage on his own industrial unit."

Result: Commercial Mortgage Value – circa£150,000
